Hi Anna! Great video! I have a question.. even though I generously flour my loaf before scoring, after baking and pulling it out of the oven, I can barely see my pattern because the flour does not stay white on the bread. How are you getting your loaves so rich and white without it just baking off? Is there a particular flower you’re using? Again, I am Applying my flour very generously but it is not staying nice and white during the bake.

Beautiful work. I've been baking for 10+ years. I tried your scoring pattern and the oven spring was more than the small scoring pattern could accommodate. Most of it was intact, but some of it was torn. Suggestions?
Do you need one of those deep scores? Bc I didn’t do that one time and only did decorative and mine didn’t rise 😩
